What is Brain?
Brain is a company knowledge and file review platform for property management. It curates SOPs into a shared source of truth, helps staff find answers in those documents, and supports affordable housing file review through Ask Compliance.
What does Ask the Brain use to answer?
It uses relevant company documents and shows sources that staff can open and check. When the available documents do not cover a question, the answer makes that clear.
What does Ask Compliance do?
Ask Compliance reviews an uploaded file and provides an annual income calculation and suggested corrections. Staff review the output against the file and the applicable requirements before making decisions.
How is Brain different from a shared drive?
Brain adds a question-and-answer workflow to the company's documents. Staff can ask what they need to know, review the response, and open the supporting source.
Will this replace our property management software?
No. The starting use case is giving your team a shared place for company knowledge and file review. During discovery we map that workflow to the systems you already use and confirm any integration requirements.
Which housing programs and file formats are supported?
We confirm the programs, jurisdictions, file types and file sizes your team needs before scoping a pilot, and we demonstrate the specific workflow being offered.
Can we try Brain with our own documents?
A demonstration can be scoped around approved SOPs. For file review, we begin with a fictional or appropriately de-identified sample and agree on document handling requirements before anything is uploaded.
